Throughout Bram’s career in commercial real estate, he has earned a solid reputation as a sought-after consultant to his many clients. Prior to joining Royal LePage Estate Commercial, Bram was part of his family brokerage, Capital City Realty, which has an illustrious 50-year history in commercial real estate. Bram has now merged his legacy brokerage, Capital City Realty (established in 1974), with the Royal LePage Commercial brand, where he continues to provide the highest level of service to his commercial real estate clients in the GTA. Whether buying, selling, or leasing, his approach is focused, creative, and persistent. Bram continues to go the extra mile to ensure a successful outcome for his clients.
Bram represents owners, landlords, tenants, and end users in various facets. Past and present clients include many independent and family-owned businesses and brand-name developers such as Crestpoint, First Capital, Core, Oldstonehenge, and Gailroch.

403 Keele - 30,000+ SF land assembly - resold off-market client’s property for 10x the purchase price from only one year prior. He subsequently assisted the buyer in acquiring neighbouring properties valued at $12,550,000.
Bram joined the Royal LePage Estate Commercial Division in 2023 and has been a licensed commercial real estate broker since 2015. He has an education in business management and a music diploma from Humber.
